Ask the Universe to show you

Hello everyone, 

I felt inspired to share a practice I have been doing lately, it is fun, inspiring and shifts a lot of mental and emotional energy. 

You can ask the Universe to show you the path to any place you wish to go in your life be it:  finances, clarity, healing, contentment etc. 

This practice is very simple and effective. As always you want to commit to it because what you commit to has a cumulative effect. Always!

I recommend choosing 1-3 “show me” statements and repeat them in your mind over and over until they become automatic (and they do after 1-2 days if you do at least 100 times per day). Notice how you feel doing these, observe any changes you feel in your heart, mind and general attitude on life. Keep going until you feel you have shifted or manifested something you wanted and then choose another set of statements. You can silently say your chosen statements in your mind as you drive, garden, cook meals, clean, and especially upon waking and falling asleep which are very powerful times indeed. 

Here is an example of how to do this practice. Let’s say you want to gain more clarity about your work. Make up statements starting with “show me” and finish the sentence. Sit down and really think about what you want. Please know that when you ask for guidance it always comes, you need to keep your eyes open and take action to receive your answers. By taking action I mean keep going with these statements all day every day AND allow yourself to go with the flow because as the answers come, you will receive impulses from the Universe to do this or that and those are your answers.  Look for ideas that come to you.  Recently after I did my Soul Profile reading and discovered that I am primarily gifted in divine communication, I began to ask “show me” statements to the Universe and in just 7 days I have been having amazing conversations with clients and friends and I have had an absolute TON of impulses of healing topics to write about. You may be hearing from me here more often as I plan to keep writing and sharing all the downloads I am receiving.

Show me how to express my divine gifts

Show me what it looks like when I am in alignment with my divine gifts

Show me how I can be more financially abundant

Show me what I came here to do

Just saying such statements silently to yourself feels really good! Once get started have fun with this process, make up as many short statements as you can and spin them around in your mind all day long.
