During our sessions your body will be emotionally, mentally, energetically, physically and spiritually detoxing. A small percentage of people may experience symptoms of: tiredness, mild nausea or the remnants of trapped emotions or blocked energy we released. Drinking lots of water, getting rest, cleansing breaths outside and salt baths will most often resolve any unease.
