Take aways from my recent healing sessions in L.A.

Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing wonderfully! 

Some of you know that last week I went to L.A. for some healing sessions with Rob Wergin.  I first heard about Rob when I saw him in HEAL Documentary…since then I have felt compelled to work with Rob. I  have watched HEAL 4 times now and have listened to numerous interviews with Rob.  Rob told us that he is doing nothing in a session and  that he is just grateful he was chosen by the masters and teachers to work through him. If you watched HEAL on Netflix then you witnessed the Beings that work through Rob, dissolve an incurable brain tumour for a man.

 While I was in L.A. after our first session a little boy of 7 came in to see Rob who’d been diagnosed with Leukemia, the next day many other people shared they had watched this boy transform during his healing session with Rob. 

My husband made his own decision to join me in L.A.  I could have encouraged him or even suggested that he come with me, but I knew his Soul already knew if he would go and that choice had to be his without any push from me at all otherwise he would not benefit.  We went for two 2 hour sessions with 18 other people. How it worked was that we laid comfortably on massage tables and Rob came around multiple times and worked on us all in that time. Below Chris, Rob and I after our 2nd healing session. 

This blog post is about my take aways on healing with my time in L.A. The first take away is this: 

1.  Do not go to see any healer or choose to do anything in your life out of fear. We can all have fear due to thoughts we are thinking and it’s the emotions that arise from the thoughts we think that drive us to make choices.  Rather you want to be able to feel the difference within yourself between your emotions and thoughts and let your decision come from a place of “this feels really good and right” rather than “I think I should, or it worked for them so I should”.

2.   I showed up with a short list of some things I had on my mind that I wanted to work through. Rob pointed out that our lists do not matter because ultimately when you go for healing what really happens in a session is that whatever is there and ready to be released is what your are going to release. I agree with this truth. In my healing work clients sometimes ask how many times they need to come in for Bio energy clearing or why did some emotions not come up to be released in an Emotion code healing session. So I always say to my clients, you will know when you need to come back to see me, you will feel it. Some know from the start they want to book a certain amount of sessions and that is great, they have the feeling and knowing that that is what they need. But if there is a question mark, it’s best to wait because that question you feel is uncertainty and you want to know and be sure otherwise it’s not the right choice for you anyways. Every healing session is different and in each one you will release what is next and ready to be released. 

3.  With any situation in your life, whether you are going in for healing for something or dealing with a struggle of some kind, remember that it’s always up to you how much you hold onto and or how much you let go of. The only thing that ever gets in the way of your healing is your will. You have free will, so you get to decide. For some of us it can take half a lifetime to let go of something, for some it takes lifetimes and others are just good at letting stuff go as it arises. Just know that the hardest part sometimes is taking that first step. The first step is different than the one you have been taking and is the step that can change your life and ignite your healing. 

4. Have an outlet for your emotions. It is so common for many of us to hide our feelings or pretend we don’t feel them. Rather than feel and express emotions when they arise we might choose ways to cover them rather than just let them out – that is not a bad thing but it’s better to let emotions flow as they show up because keeping them in is what causes emotional density to build up in our body that then inhibits the flow of vital force energy and leads to illness. Common covers may be: excessively drinking, using drugs, over or under eating, laughing (in the moment you feel emotional).

What is important to be aware of here is how you feel in your life, how do you cope when you get emotional? Do you always choose a way that you know is not so healthy to cope? Have you been doing that your whole life? We all have our own way of dealing with challenges, what matters is that we let the emotions we feel, when they build up, out. Some may dance or sing, some write or exercise, some smash glass bottles or punch pillows or yell into a pillow or out loud, cry, some go for energy healing. Have an outlet that you feel makes a difference for you and lets your emotions out, this way you know by how you feel if you are letting them go.

5.  Do what brings you joy – if you don’t feel like doing something, don’t do it. Doing anything from the energy of guilt or obligation is a restrictive energy that will further cause blocks in your body. You are a divine being and at the soul level you are not expected to explain yourself – it’s in the 3rd dimension at the physical level with family and friends, usually family that we can often receive grief or attitude from people who do not agree with our choices. If people have expectations of you that you feel even if they are not spoken, do what you need to do, not what they need you to do. 

6.  Healing is a process, it does not need to take a long time but if you have an urgency about creating change in some area of your life, it will likely take longer. Much of what we are experiencing in our current life whether it be mental, emotional, physical or spiritual is from many lifetimes back. Rob shared with us that we are carrying up to 8 generations of past life experience within us – so that is why when we go for a healing session what is ready to be released is what will be released next. This is why every healing session is different and that is why if you truly want to create more change and better health you want to commit to healing sessions a different times in your life. Trust, know and believe that in each session you are letting go of another layer of emotional density from your body.  If you can turn your thoughts to always finding the best feeling thought in every situation as often as possible in your life and during times of going through healing sessions, you will accelerate your healing process. 

7.  What you feel like eating can change due to the healing work you do. You are different after each healing session. When I say healing session, I mean whatever you are choosing to do on your healing path – yoga, acupuncture, energy healing etc. When you move energy in your body on a regular basis your body will release what is ready to be released. Next, your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies will recalibrate – they have to because when blocked energy is released there is new space now in your body. What you used to like eating was tied into what you used to do and how you use to be, but now you are different. Listen to your body as it may now need different nutrients. Rob told us he eats a lot and he eats a lot of meat, I was surprised but I could also see that he doesn’t view meat as bad, he believes it gives him energy, what you believe is true is what will be true for you. 

8.  Healing sessions can bring up more stuff. After a healing session, you have released what was ready to be released. Now other old patterns will rise up into that new space you created. This is important to keep in mind as you can feel angry or sad after sessions and it is just other energy coming to the surface to be released next. So do not panic after a session if you do not feel amazing every time, every session is different and every session is helping you move forward in some way.

One last note I want to share is about how we hold onto past life experience. Right now I am studying Soul Realignment – this work is about clearing our karmic slate from all past lives. Clearing your karmic slate includes vows we may have taken, contracts we might have made, negative thought patterns and so much more that have become a part of our divine soul blueprint and which we continue to live by to some degree lifetime after lifetime. You always have free will and can change any area of your life all on your own and sometimes we are not aware of why we struggle in the ways we do over and over again and it’s healing sessions that can gradually release layers of blockage. Soul Realignment work reveals and clears what past life issues are still affecting us in this current lifetime.  I will send out an email with the Soul Realignment sessions information and description as soon as I have completed this healing modality – which I anticipate will be within a month.
