The heart wall

Hello and happy Tuesday to you, I am super excited to share with you about the heart wall today!

Have you heard of a heart wall? It is the name given for an emotional wall that surrounds the heart. Through his work Dr. Bradley Nelson, holistic doctor and author of the emotion code has come to believe that roughly 93% of people have a heart wall. I agree.

The first place we feel an emotion from any experience in our lives is in the heart, the centre of our being. Our hearts along with every organ are vulnerable to emotional suffering.  Each thought wave, emotion wave, action, radio wave, everything we see, and everything we do not see, like the blood flowing through our bodies are forms of energy. Emotions are pure forms of energy and are considered by some negative once they become lodged in the body.

An emotion can take up residence in our bodies if we begin to feel it long enough. We can probably all relate to feeling frustrated, angry or sad for more than an hour right? So what happens when we continue to experience an emotion is that it can begin to literally feel attracted to settling into our bodies somewhere and most often it does. For life events that are particularly painful, those strongly felt emotions will build up around the heart to protect it.

A heart wall can affect our lives in a few ways. It affects the flow of energy through the body, often causing neck, shoulder and upper back pain. It can prevent us from giving and receiving love within, for and from others, causing a block or numbness and a careless “I don’t care” attitude towards all of life. Additionally it is our heart that guides us to our true desires, loves and passions in this life, including the work we choose to do and who we might settle down with.

For myself when I discovered Dr. Brad’s work and heard about the heart wall, it resonated strongly with me. I knew I had one and I was beyond curious to know how I would feel and the direction my work would take once mine was fully cleared. To date I have had five heart wall sessions and I intend to keep going until my heart wall is dissolved.
Like my case study heart wall clients have shared, I am noticing subtle yet very concrete changes within myself. The experience of clearing your heart wall is a phenomena that must be experienced. Words cannot express the feeling of a heart beginning to open.

For anyone curious, it takes approximately 3-7 sessions to clear a heart wall. I believe it can be different for everyone as we have all lived a different life. I have 3 people on my heart wall waiting list for once I am certified as an Emotion Code practitioner, if you would like to join the list I would be happy to work with you. Sessions can be done in person or over the phone no matter where you are in the world. My certification will hopefully be completed within the next month to six weeks.

have a wonderful day, thank you so much for reading my blog, please let me know if you have any questions about this work, they are always welcome!
