Test Before you Ingest Workshop

In this workshop you will learn how to self-test your foods and supplements and know how to test the exact daily dosage your body needs of any supplements you take. The perfect course for anyone with food allergies or who wants to determine what foods agree with your body or might be causing issues for you. On Zoom August 13th 7-8:30pm PST. Please have several foods, supplements if you take them, any cosmetics you’d like to practice testing with, along with a pen & paper. Please be hydrated for this workshop.
