The best anti aging remedy

                  A few weeks ago I was at Gaia Garden Herbal Dispensary, which is an amazing shop in Vancouver, BC incase you haven’t heard of them. They make all of their own tinctures, all natural remedy’s and teas for almost any symptom you can think of.  I over heard  an elderly lady ask the staff if they had anti aging cream. A  lovely staff member suggested some natural teas and yoga poses. 

          Fast forward…yesterday while I was walking down at Spanish banks, I was really enjoying being outside, the ocean near by,  tall trees all around, blowing wind and fresh air.  As I walked, I began to notice how energetic and healthy I felt and this feeling reminded me of the woman at Gaia and her inquiry about anti aging cream.  

          Here’s what I got thinking about. Everything is energy and energy is always flowing through our bodies, which it’s be proven scientifically true.  Everything in nature is pure natural positive energy, food grown organically outside and under the sun grows from and is made up of energy. Sprouted grains become ‘live’ full of nutrition and enzymes after we soak them. Our thoughts and feelings have a vibrational tone or energy to them depending on if they are positive or negative in nature.   Martial arts, hiking, swimming and most exercise, stimulate our cells, organs and oxygenate our blood. Yoga in particular deeply stimulates our cells, lengthens our muscles, strengthens our lungs and bones, massages our internal organs, stimulates the central nervous system and all the major glands in the body.

      Since pure positive energy flows through our bodies, it makes sense that if we consume natural vibrant and energetic foods and beverages we would feel and look more vibrant and energetic. If we eat junk foods, excess sugar and alcohol because those items are not natural energy based, they will over time have an adverse affect on the body both inside and out.  If we choose to think better feeling thoughts we will feel happier. If we allow anxious worrisome thoughts to be our main focus then those emotions will affect our health on all levels. . If we get out into nature and move our bodies we will encourage the energy in our bodies to move even more which keeps us feeling vibrant and energized.

          All in all…if our bodies are made up of the same energy as nature, then the more we are in alignment with a natural wholesome lifestyle, diet, surroundings, mental and emotional health the better we will look and feel. There is no cream that applied to the outer layer of skin that can affect our appearance because health and vitality depend on our mental, emotional and physical health. What goes on on the inside shows on the outside.
