MEET LARA CATHERINE


Hello and welcome!  Here is a little bit about me.

I am a proclaimed optimistic enthusiast, but I wasn’t always that way. Until my late 20’s I didn’t know who I was. I was depressed, angry and unhappy. I felt lost. I certainly had no idea that the thoughts I was thinking were causing my life to nose-dive. I had no guidance.

One day at age 28 I had the idea to start practicing Yoga. I only decided to practice Yoga (or so I thought) because
I had a desire to travel to India and knew Yoga originated in there. But now I believe I was being guided somehow to find a better path than the one I was on.

I practiced yoga 5 days a week and unbeknownst to me Yoga would be the catalyst that would change the course of my life. This would be the beginning of my path to healing and becoming self-aware. That was 25 years ago.

I still teach Yoga & Meditation and since then, I have studied – The Emotion Code, EFT Tapping Emotional Freedom Techniques, EQ – Emotional Intelligence Life Coaching, Energy Medicine Techniques for anxiety/stress & more, Mindfulness Meditation, Bio Energy Therapy & Balancing Hormones from an Energy Medicine Perspective. I have attended multiple Silent Meditation Retreats, hosted my own Yoga Retreats and studied numerous Wisdom Techniques & Practices while travelling the world over the past 25 years.

I believe that awareness is our biggest asset. I am one woman who has a big wish, that all women know who they are at their core. That they be anchored in awareness to make choices from a place of clarity, so they can live a meaningful life where they feel confident, inspired and powerful. To feel and be as happy and confident as possible while they navigate through their lives.

I have gathered a rather large skill set that I draw upon when working with my clients to help them reach a healthy balance.

I love empowering young women to know who they are within and how to tap into their innate power, to live the best life they can.

I am currently writing a book which is a collection of daily practices that have completely transformed my life.
